Juul to Face First Trial in Youth Marketing Suits in June

Juul Inc. is scheduled to face its first trial in June in a set of more than 2,500 personal injury cases accusing the e-cigarette maker of deliberately targeting minors in marketing its vaping products.

  • The first suit heading to a bellwether trial was brought by a woman from Tennessee who claims her teenage daughter developed an addiction since first using Juul products at age 12
