Just For Men hair dye corporate defendants want thousands of tort claims thrown out of an Illinois court proceeding, saying there aren’t enough contacts with Illinois to support the non-residents’ suits in the state.
The fight is brewing over whether the suits can stay in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
