(Updates with J&J statement) Johnson & Johnson must defend itself against thousands of women’s claims its iconic Baby Powder caused their ovarian cancers after a judge found portions of the science underlying their allegations were valid.

  • U.S. District Judge Freda Wolfson in Trenton, New Jersey, limited what some of the expert witnesses scheduled to testify in court could say about the argument that asbestos in the company’s talc-based powders caused their cancers
