Johnson & Johnson is looking to dismiss the sprawling multidistrict litigation that alleges the company’s talc products caused cancer.

The healthcare giant is seeking a court order directing plaintiffs to prove why their allegations shouldn’t be dismissed with prejudice. The move came in a Thursday filing in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
