J&J Loses Bid to Boot Plaintiff’s Experts in Georgia Talc Trial

Johnson & Johnson lost a bid to keep three plaintiffs’ experts from testifying in the first Georgia talc trial about a link between baby powder use and ovarian cancer.

Diane Brower used J&J’s Baby Powder for feminine hygiene twice a day beginning when she was a teenager. She was diagnosed with Stage III ovarian cancer in 2013 and died three years later, at age 65.

Trial is set to start July 15 in Georgia State Court for Fulton County.
