A Hopper USA Inc. customer can proceed with a proposed class suit alleging the booking company misleads travelers into thinking its “Price Freeze” feature will cover the full cost of an airfare increase.
Hopper’s Price Freeze lets consumers put down a $67 deposit to “lock in” the price of a flight for 20 days, Shalimar Acosta said.
