Honda will recall about 25,000 motorbikes in Japan due to a design fault in the bikes’ wheel speed sensors that may lead to a brake malfunction if they get water in them

  • The model being recalled — the GB350 — is for bikes manufactured between February 2021 and April 2024, according to a filing submitted to the transport ministry Thursday
  • It came after some 49 incidents were reported but there haven’t been any accidents
  • Honda will replace the sensors in bikes’ front and rear wheels, the Japanese automaker also said in a statement
