Honda Drivers Advance Lawsuit Over Glitchy Infotainment System

Honda drivers who say that certain models have flawed infotainment systems can pursue most of their claims in a proposed class suit against the automaker.

Constance Chiulli and others sued American Honda Motor Co., alleging that the system in 2016-2020 Civics, Accords, and CR-Vs “malfunctions, freezes, or crashes,” disabling many safety features and causing driver distraction. They seek to represent a nationwide class or subclasses of drivers from California, Maryland, Michigan, and Virginia.
