Behr Paint Corp., Masco Corp., and The Home Depot Inc. are the target of a class action complaint over the refinishing product DeckOver (Gober vs. Behr Process Corp., C.D. Cal., No. 17-cv-01282, complaint filed 7/25/17).
Plaintiffs Anne Gober, David Wormwood, Aaron Corneail, Charles Weygant, Deborah Durda, Joel Darby, and Bryon Zablotny filed suit July 25 alleging fraudulent business practices.
