Halyard Health to Challenge Award in Surgical Gown Suit

Halyard Health, Inc. says it plans to challenge a jury verdict for a surgical center in a class suit alleging it and Kimberly-Clark concealed information about the protectiveness of Microcool Surgical Gowns (Bahamas Surgical Center, LLC v. Kimberly Clark Corp., C.D. Cal., No. 14-08390, verdict 4/7/17).
