‘Green Juice’ False Ad Suit Advances Against Organifi

Organifi LLC must face most claims in a proposed nationwide class suit alleging it misrepresented health benefits of its “Green Juice” superfood products, a California federal court said.

But Glenn Liou, who is now wise to the alleged falsity and didn’t allege he would buy Green Juice again, can’t seek injunctive relief such as marketing changes because he didn’t show he would otherwise suffer future harm, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California said Thursday.
