Google unit Nest Labs Inc. won its bid to prevent class certification in a suit challenging the promised energy savings from Nest Learning Thermostats (Darisse v. Nest Labs Inc., 2016 BL 263997, N.D. Cal., 14-1363, 8/16/16).
