NextFoods Inc. can’t exit a proposed class suit alleging it deceptively portrays GoodBelly Probiotic JuiceDrinks as beneficial when a high sugar content makes them unhealthy.
Evlyn Andrade-Heymsfield sued in the US District Court for the Southern District of California, pointing to label phrases such as “Reboot your belly, then make GoodBelly your daily drink to keep your GoodHealth going. Because when your belly smiles the rest of you does too.”
