The would-be class plaintiffs seek to hold GM liable for allegedly selling vehicles equipped with its Cadillac User Experience system that “spontaneously delaminate, bubble or crack, rendering the CUE useless.” The owners also allege that the defect can be distracting—and therefore dangerous—and that GM concealed the defect instead of informing consumers.
