Florida’s Natural orange juice is deceptively marketed as “natural” even though it’s highly processed and contains residue of the weedkiller glyphosate, a new proposed consumer class suit alleges.
The packages’ wording and appealing images of oranges make consumers think the juice is similar to what they would get if they had squeezed the fruit themselves, the suit against Florida’s Natural Growers Inc. and its parent company, Citrus World Inc.
