Frontier Inc. reached a confidential settlement of claims stemming from the alleged in-flight sexual assaults of two passengers, according to a notice filed in the District of Colorado.
Plaintiff Lena Ramsay, a plaintiff identified as Jane Doe, and Frontier “have agreed upon terms to settle” the claims of negligent infliction of emotional distress for post-assault injury, according to a notice filed May 14 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
The post-assault claims alleged that the flight attendants essentially did nothing when the plaintiffs informed them of the assaults.
