Ford Motor to Recall 45,173 US Vehicles Due to Door Latch Issue

Ford Motor is recalling 2015 Fiesta, 2016 Fusion, and 2016 Lincoln MKZ vehicles due to a door latch issue, according to the National Highway Traffic Safery Administration.

• A component inside the door latches may break, possibly allowing the doors to open while driving, thus increasing the risk of crash or injury
• Up to 45,173 vehicles may be affected by the recall
• Notification letters are expected to be mailed Dec. 4
