Flintstones Gummy Supplements Don’t Promote Brain Health, Suit Says

Bayer Healthcare LLC deceptively touts Flintstones gummy supplements as promoting brain function, according to a proposed class action filed Dec. 4 in the Northern District of California (Gershman v. Bayer Healthcare LLC, N.D. Cal., 14-05332, complaint filed 12/4/14).

Scientific evidence shows that Omega-3 DHA, the product’s active ingredient, doesn’t help brain development or enhance cognition, California resident Liza Gershman alleged in a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
