Fire Pit Makers Accused of Inadequate ‘Flame-Jetting’ Warnings

A married couple has accused retailer Wayfair LLC and the makers of a tabletop fire pit of failing to adequately warn users the device can create a blow-torch like effect during refueling, resulting in one of them experiencing serious burns.

The fire pit made by Colsen Fire Pits LLC and Gusar LLC purports to be easy and safe to use and recommends using Isopropyl alcohol to fuel.
