Fiat Chrysler Judgment Affirmed in Man’s Airbag Defect Lawsuit

FCA US LLC defeated an appeal Thursday in a suit by a man who alleged he was seriously hurt when flawed airbags in his truck didn’t inflate when he struck two elk at highway speed.

Roy Munoz’s expert testimony didn’t establish a manufacturing defect or link the alleged flaw to his injuries, the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit said.
