Fgf Brands Inc. couldn’t defeat a proposed class suit alleging it fools customers into thinking its Stonefire Naan breads are hand-baked in traditional tandoor ovens when they are made in large commercial ovens.
Reasonable consumers could be deceived by Fgf’s marketing, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois said June 12.
