Fairlife’s $21 Million Milk False-Ad Deal Gets Final Approval

A $21 million class settlement resolving allegations that Coca-Cola Co. unit Fairlife LLC misleadingly promoted premium milk products as sourced from humanely treated cows got a federal judge’s final approval.

Consumers alleged that video footage released by an animal rights organization showed some dairy cows that produced the touted milk products suffered inhumane treatment and abuse.

  • Claimants may receive up to $20 without proof of purchase and up to $80 with proof of purchase. However, the amounts are subject to increase or decrease depending on claim volume.
