EzriCare LLC and others are facing litigation alleging recently recalled over-the-counter eye drops caused severe bacterial infections that led to users’ permanent vision loss.
Three plaintiffs who link their infections to EzriCare Artificial Tears filed separate lawsuits Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
