Elmiron Vision Damage Suits Should be Combined, Plaintiffs Say

Elmiron product liability lawsuits against J&J unit Janssen Pharmaceuticals Inc., Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., and related companies should be combined and sent to a New Jersey federal court to guard against inconsistent rulings, a Tennessee couple said in a filing to the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation.

Consolidation is also warranted to promote efficiency, the filing says.
