An Eddie Bauer LLC consumer has dismissed his claims alleging the retailer tricked outlet customers with phantom sales and made-up comparison prices, according to a filing in federal court in California.
Jackie Fisher alleged he bought fleece jackets advertised at 50% off because he thought he was getting a good deal on authentic Eddie Bauer merchandise.
