S.C. Johnson & Son Inc. and a California woman have stipulated to the dismissal of her claims alleging the company misleads consumers into thinking its Ecover cleaning products are made exclusively from plant and mineral ingredients, according to a federal court filing.
Elizabeth Maisel filed a proposed class action alleging some 14 products contain synthetic, highly processed ingredients that don’t come from plants or minerals.
