Kittrich Corp. failed to shake most of a proposed nationwide class suit alleging it misrepresents the effectiveness of its EcoSMART natural spray insect repellent, a federal trial court in Missouri said.
Christine Krumm offered enough factual support for her allegations that the product didn’t work, and the label created an express warranty, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri said.
