‘Dude Wipes’ Flushability False-Ad Suit Sees Claims Narrowed

The maker of Dude Wipes, a line of disposable hygiene wipes, got some but not all claims dismissed in a potential class action alleging the company’s assertions that the wipes are flushable are false, a federal court in Illinois said Thursday.
