The facility managing the $2 billion Dow Corning breast implant settlement properly authorized some early second-priority payments, a federal appeals court said.
A district court didn’t err in finding that there would be sufficient funds to guarantee payment of all first-priority claims, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said in a Dec. 13 unpublished opinion.
