Dodge Buyers Appealed Prematurely in Muscle Cars Defect Lawsuit

Consumers alleging FCA US LLC sold certain Dodge muscle cars with defective rear differentials failed to convince a federal appeals court to review the dismissal of their fraud claims at this time, according to a Tuesday opinion.

A divided US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit said the lower court’s judgment in the propsed class action wasn’t final so the appeals court lacked jurisdiction.
