Dietary Supplement Makers Accused of Mislabeling Serving Sizes

Eight dietary supplement makers including Pfizer Inc. and Bayer Healthcare LLC have been accused of misrepresenting the serving size of more than 90 supplements.

Jason Simon says Emergen-C makers Pfizer and Alacer Corp., Citracel maker Bayer, Nature’s Bounty maker the Bountiful Co., Nordic Naturals Inc., Qunol maker Quten Research Institute LLC, Nature Made maker Pharmavite LLC, and VitaFusion maker Church & Dwight Co. mislead consumers.
