Diamond CBD Product Marketing Suit Dropped Following Settlement

A Florida woman has dropped her would-be class suit alleging Diamond CBD Inc. overstated the amount of cannabidiol in oil and gummies following a settlement, according to filings in a Florida federal court Thursday.

Kathryn Potter alleged she spent about $120 to buy products from the Diamond website. She sought to represent consumers in Florida and nationwide who bought various CBD-infused products.
