Dial Faces Class Action Over Antibacterial Promises

Dial Corp. will face class claims that it misrepresented the antibacterial properties of Dial Complete branded hand soap after a federal court granted class certification March 27 (In re Dial Complete Mktg. & Sales Practices Litig., 2017 BL 96999, D.N.H., 11-md-2263, 3/27/17).
