ConAgra Foods Inc. has agreed to disclose the total amount of sodium on David Sunflower Seed kernels and shell coating, to settle a would-be class suit in the Central District of California that alleged the labels understated the sodium content, court documents show (Lilly v. ConAgra Foods, Inc., S.D. Cal., No. 12-00225, motion filed).
Plaintiff Aleta Lilly moved Aug. 1 for preliminary approval of the injunctive relief settlement, and for certification of a settlement class in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
