Daily Harvest Agrees to Settle Lentil Meal Suit for $23 Million

Daily Harvest Inc. and Second Bite Foods Inc, one of its manufacturers, agreed to settle a class action consumer lawsuit over recalled “French Lentil + Leek Crumble” meals for nearly $23 million.

The parties on Thursday filed a preliminary motion for settlement approval in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
