Crumbl LLC, the rapidly expanding cookie franchise, failed to convince a federal judge to toss a proposed class action alleging the company deceptively advertised a 2.95% service fee.
The company’s “failure to transparently disclose” the fee is “concerning,” Judge Daniel J. Calabretta of the US District Court for the Eastern District of California said in a June 7 order docketed Monday.
