AT&T subsidiary Cricket Wireless LLC failed to short-circuit a proposed class action alleging it lured customers into buying its phones and service through a marketing scheme touting nationwide, unlimited 4G/LTE coverage that it knew it couldn’t deliver.
The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California denied Cricket’s motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.
