Creative Bioscience Weight-Loss Aid Doesn’t Work, Suit Says

Creative Bioscience LLC and Creative Bioscience Laboratories LLC deceptively market their Garcinia Cambogia 1234 weight-loss supplement, a new proposed class suit says.

The companies tout the product as a highly effective appetite suppressant, fat burner, and weight-loss pill, Michigan resident Barbara Bauman alleges.

But the Garcinia Cambogia product doesn’t deliver any of its promised benefits, the suit alleges.

Scientific evidence shows that the product’s main active ingredient, hydroxycitric acid (HCA), doesn’t provide the claimed weight loss benefits, the suit says.

The companies also misrepresented the amount of HCA actually contained in the product, Bauman alleges.
