Consumer Class for ‘Joint Juice’ Can’t Extend Far

A consumer class suit over Premier Nutrition Corp.'s “Joint Juice” drinkable glucosamine and chondroitin supplement won’t extend beyond California (Mullins v. Premier Nutrition Corp., N.D. Cal., 13-01271, 6/20/16).
