Celebrity Cruise Lines to Blame for Mayan Bus Crash, Suit Says

Celebrity Cruise Lines Inc. should be held liable for an excursion bus crash that killed 12 passengers on the way to Mayan ruins in Mexico, a new lawsuit alleges.

The Dec. 13 suit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida is the latest alleging major cruise lines market and profit from excursions at exotic ports-of-call, and are therefore responsible for the actions of contractors who provide the trips.
