Just Brands USA Inc. and related companies doing business as JustCBD, vastly overstate the amount of cannabidiol in CBD-infused edibles, oils, and other products, a consumer alleges in a new suit in federal court in California.
The products contain only a fraction of the CBD advertised on Just Brands’ website, labeling, and packaging, with some items having no CBD at all, according to the suit in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
