Carvana LLC failed to convince a federal judge to toss a proposed class action alleging it added and failed to properly disclose certain additional charges to used-vehicle purchases.
The US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Tuesday allowed two buyers to advance their theory alleging Carvana misleads customers about how delivery or transit-related charges are included in the transaction price.
