OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC, which operates Carrabba’s and other chain restaurants, must face a class suit alleging it stealthily changed drink prices during patron visits (Dugan v. TGI Fridays, Inc., 2017 BL 355533, N.J., 077567 September Term 2015, 10/4/17).
But TGI Fridays Inc., won’t have to defend against a similar class suit by customers alleging its failure to disclose drink prices violated New Jersey’s Consumer Fraud Act.
