CamelBak Products LLC deceptively touts its Camelbak Eddy water bottles as “spill-proof” when they leak during use, a new proposed class suit alleges.

The representation that the CamelBak eddy is spill-proof is core to CamelBak’s marketing, according to Lepkowski.
The internet is replete with consumer complaints about the CamelBak Eddy leaking, the suit says.
But despite CamelBak’s knowledge of the problem, the company hasn’t recalled the bottles or otherwise sought to remedy the fact that they aren’t spill-proof, the suit says.
