Califia Farms LLC and consumers won a New York federal court’s final approval of a $3 million class settlement resolving allegations the company deceptively labeled dozens of plant-based dairy-alternative beverages.
The deal also calls for Califia to make label changes, according to filings in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
