Braille Gift Card Court Argument Focuses on Harm Allegations

Several blind customers’ standing to sue Kohl’s Department Stores Inc., Swarovski North America Ltd., and other companies was at the heart of arguments over gift cards without Braille Wednesday at the Second Circuit.

The judges and attorneys explored facts about the customers’ past visits to the stores, their intentions to return, and whether a lack of Braille on the cards would harm them.
