BP Solar Gets Warranty Claims Dismissed In Suit Alleging Faulty Solar Panels

BP Solar International, Inc. secured motions to dismiss certain express and implied warranty claims in a case against it in the Northern District of California involving alleged faulty solar panels, according to an April 21 order (Allagas v. BP Solar Intl Inc., et al., 2014 BL 112060, , N.D. Cal., No. 14-cv-00560-SI).

Plaintiffs Michael Allagas, Arthur Ray, and Brett Mohrman seek to represent all California residents who purchased solar panels made by defendant BP Solar International, Inc., or who bought properties on which the solar panels were installed.
