Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods, Inc. has settled individual claims by three people who alleged its healthful representations about two oat cereals were deceptive because the products contain residue of the weed-killer glyphosate.
Tamara Frankel, Natasha Paracha, and Paul Davis alleged in a proposed class suit that consumers wouldn’t buy Bob’s Red Mill Steel Cut Oats and Old Fashioned Rolled Oats knowing the products contained any amount of glyphosate, whether above or below regulatory limits.
