BNA will host a webinar October 20 on the new ASTM E1903-11 Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Process, which updates the framework for Phase II environmental site assessments. Phase II assessments often follow Phase I assessments in transactional settings but may be undertaken in a wide variety of legal, regulatory, and commercial contexts.
