Blue Diamond Cookware Maker Faces Fraud Suit Over ‘Nonstick’ Pan

Cookware Co. USA LLC got a proposed class suit trimmed alleging it deceptively sold frying pans as “nonstick,” but still must face claims that it violated Florida consumer protection law, a federal court in New York said.

Elena Lamb stated viable and sufficiently detailed claims under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York said.
